End of the extensions for full-time students to complete all requirements (all courses, qualifying exam, thesis and publication) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

If a full-time student completes all courses, submits thesis to IGSR and sends his/her article to a scientific journal for publication, he/she can apply for an "Awaiting Publication" status for at most five academic years, at the end of 10th, 11th or 12th terms

End of the extensions for part-time students to complete all requirements (all courses, qualifying exam, thesis and publication) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

* Those semesters registered only to deficiency and English Support courses (ENGL509/511/513/515) are not included in the maximum duration allowed to complete the given graduate program.

The deficiency program should be completed in one academic year.

Students who register to ENGL509, ENGL511 courses are not allowed to register to any deficiency or program courses.
