Every semester each faculty allocates a number of research assistant positions to graduate students. Depending on the number of available research assistant positions in the departments, applicants may be considered for full-time or part-time research assistant. A full-time research assistant receives a salary and is exempt from paying tuition fee whereas a part-time assistant receives half of the salary that is received by full-time research assistant, and is exempt from half of the tuition fee, excluding the student fund, for a semester. Applicants are advised to contact the relevant academic department for application and evaluation procedures.

Please provide your current CV and a letter of intention with your application. Your letter should explain how your skills, knowledge and experience match the needs of the research assistant post you are applying for. Any additional departmental requirements should also be attached where information can be taken from the department.
Completed forms must be submitted to the relevant Faculty / School / Institute / Department / Research Center / Administrative Unit. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
